    I love the soft focus on keeping everything moving. It mirrors good sitting habits - just imagine that you are sitting on a moving horse - floating on top of the moving waves - and intertwining your movements of breathing - keeping you in a soft dynamic dance with the universe - you are so right - our eyes love to dance with the living world ❤❤❤

    Staring/ candle gazing, sun/ moon gazing not only activated my third eye/ pinael gland and subsequently my spiritual abilities… psychic, telepathic and connection to source it also improved my natural vision

      How did you measure the change in activity in your pinael gland? Where is the connection between a physical gland in your head which produces hormones and the spiritual realm? Also, by third eye, do you mean the pineal gland itself or something totally different?

    So thankful I found this interview. You are 100% that the eyes are affected by our nervous system and bodily reactions to emotions. I know that is the root of my my eye issues. What is your opinion on flashes and floaters being a subconscious conditioned response that just keeps happening on its own. (Like having learned piano or riding a bike)?

    • @NathanOxenfeld
      @NathanOxenfeld 8 месяцев назад +1

      Interesting question... I do think certain things about our vision come to be "expected", and therefore perpetuate. So with the natural vision improvement work, we are starting to "expect" improvements rather than "expecting" deterioration. All comes back to the mindset!

    while this content is amazing it would be helpful to have a summary, for those who don't have time. I enjoyed the experiment as it met my need for fun & involvement. the lights in his background are epic. "ecstatic" derives from the Greek verb existanai ("to put out of place"), which was used in a Greek phrase meaning "to drive someone out of his or her mind." That seems an appropriate history for words that can describe someone who is nearly out of their mind with intense emotion.
