In this video, I spend huge sum of money and bid away my bank account at the Shannon's Heritage Classic Car Auction 2018 to secure a very rare, Victorian Heritage enamel number plate. These Heritage number plates are fantastic investments that are highly considered to be better money spent than on property, which saw a 300% increase in value in the past couple years.
