Different singing styles, different tone, but Lea Michele, Chris Colfer and Darren Criss are way up there on par with Charice too! For me a great singer is beyond range and power. But the ability to provide the accurate emotion to the song. Charice has this gift, otherwise, she would be another loud typical Filipino powerhouse, and wouldn't have the ability to reach worldwide success. Her ability to emote songs is what makes her world class. But so are those people I have named.
