From what I can tell this only happens if you ride in the rain with no fenders, last winter I went through rain and snow and it was fine but I had fenders
The same thing happens to me my ignition stoped working, the hard thing is that the ignition and the throttle are the same pice. I emailed the company and they sent me a replacement for 50$

@@Sampilgrimfann I bought new rotors and replaced those then replace it the brakes is easy you just take off the old caliper and lever and put the new ones on

Yo you could take it to a bike shop or a shop that’s deals with electronics and maybe they can solder the wires so you don’t need a key and maybe fox the problem

The bikes not cooked at all it's just the way you wired it up I had a similar issue check your wires make sure everything is plugged in properly

How carriable is it?I live in the first floor and this doesn’t fit the elevator can I carry it through the strairs?
@@mrslime2306 if you take the battery out it’s definitely possible with one person, if not 2 may be needed but I’d say the bike is only 60-70 lbs

Ive got a q20 and was looking for break pads. I know they are always sold out so i messaged ridstar twice and they ghosted me
