i have one similar to this i got it from some one when the motor control board failed. it was doing the same thing tbh and worse as on a dry load it was hitting the glass, all that was needed was 4 new shocks an it works fine now ... the noise is the balance ring in the front of the drum filled with ball bearings and water maybe gel. Once it goes to higher RPMS the balls and gel will shift to even out any imbalance ...
