Slowly bend forward as far as possible (make sure to mind your back) into the "crash position" the stewardess shows you to get into when on a flight. Step 4. Hold your breath a GENTLY squeeze yourself like your trying to squeeze out air and hold for a few seconds and then release and breath Step 5. Repeat one or two more times Step 6. Slowly raise back up to normal seating postion. Hiccups gone repeat as needed. Your welcome.
