Switching Up The Exhaust Again!

Yet again we are making a new exhaust for the corvette. This time it is sadly to make it quieter. With the news out that we will be competing in drift masters this year, one of their rules is that you must run mufflers on the car. So, we got Mike GT Customs down at the shop whipping up a quick exhaust. We will bring both sections with us and obviously run the straight section whenever we can!

Yeah, may be done not sound as good, but your head won't be exploding after 2 runs. I have 2x 36" resonators in my car. Still too loud. I think the dump to ground is causing a lot of drone. the sound wave hits the ground and resonates back into the car, the whole car becomes like a drum with zero sound deadening

I was thinking about dumping my car….im curious is it affect the power the car can potentially make ?

That long X pipe seems to mellow out the sound too much. I'd bet that with a short crossover X pipe it would sound better even with the mufflers.
