This is the best demo yet! One I refer to over and over again.

Hello! I finally get to sit with my hand quilting today and watch your video. I hope you have a delightful week ahead! Thank you for posting this video and sharing your time.

Karla, Thank you so very much! The one thing that I find is that you are usually using QCT Pro, but I don’t have Pro, so I don’t know if I have Power Panto. Hopefully regular Panto works the same! I’ve had this software for almost a year and I learned more watching this video than any other video I’ve previously watched!

Karla, thanks for that great demo and explanation of your process. I really appreciate all of the opportunities Grace is giving us to better learn our machines and software.

Thanks for going over QCT Pro 5. I appreciate the refresher because the reminders are good for me to be sure I'm doing everything correctly. The quilt behind you in your Q&A is really pretty.
Questions: I have a Q'nique 15R on a 10' Continuum frame. I haven't used 4 point placement with my QCT Pro 5. Is there a reason to use it instead of center placement when quilting an entire quilt? How do we get notified about QCT updates? Could you address how tight the quilt needs to be when beginning to quilt and when advancing to next zone row? Thanks!

      Hello Jenny,
4 point is when you do not have even corners and you need to make everything fit into a block, and center is for when everything is level and you only need to set 1 point. If you are doing a pieced quilt with uneven parts, you may be better doing 4 point. QCT updates will be notified through the software if you are connected to the internet, but we also send out email notifications as well. The quilt needs to have a little bounce in it, but not trampoline tight.
If you have any other questions let us know
      Have a great day!

I have the Q’nique 15 Pro. I have rulers I used with my Bernina (high shank). Is it okay to use these rulers being careful to make sure the foot doesn’t hop over onto the ruler? I have a ruler base.
