    Wow thank you for the very informative video. I have been looking for a good explanation of those crazy zones and most other videos use the center placement. So glad to see that you used the 4 point placement.

    Using a pin instead of tape for marking zones is a game changer for me! I tried it after watching this video and I can see the pin way easier than the tape from the end of the frame where I advance the quilt. Thank you for the video.

      Thank you! Search in my videos for the Border Corner Feature. I have done three videos on using that… so it’s part 1,2, and 3.

    Do you have any tutorials or can you recommend any videos on designing a quilt with sashing with quilt cad? Also, did you create your sashing designs or did you purchase them? I really want to learn custom quilting with software. Thank you.

    Where do you buy your continuous patterns?

    • @annsquiltnstuff
      @annsquiltnstuff  10 месяцев назад

      Wasatch Quilting, Intelligent Quilting, Urban Elementz are my main favorites but there are many sellers out there. Google “longarm digital designs” and you will find lots of designs.

    how can you change the stitch length in QCT Power Panto? I need it to stitch in 14 or 15 inches and it seems the software is set on 10.

      On my machine, the Nolting, I control my stitch length by adjusting it on the front of the longarm machine.

    I'm new to quilting. What kind of batting do you use?

    • @annsquiltnstuff
      @annsquiltnstuff  11 месяцев назад

      Depends on the quilt and its use but I like a cotton blend for most projects.

      I like Wasatch Quilting, Urban Elementz, and Intelligent Quilting. And there are many more out there, including people who sell individually. Search for Long arm Quilting digitized designs. There are even designers on etsy.com

    at the end couldn't you have just let it stich off into the batting instead of using the eclipse button?

    • @annsquiltnstuff
      @annsquiltnstuff  10 месяцев назад

      Yes you can. I don’t like for it to stitch over into the fabric and waste fabric. You might want to pay more attention to your length of quilt size measurements when setting up to give a little bit of leeway for Quilt shrinkage as it stitches.

    Hi Ann, thank you for your videos, my question is how do you change from automation to free motion.
    How should I do it ? Do I remove the tracks ?? How ?
    I hope you can help me. 🙃
