Prepare Methi Leaves: • In a separate pan, melt butter and fry fresh methi leaves until crispy. 11. Combine Methi Leaves: • Add the crispy methi leaves to the cooked meat mixture. 12. Check for Doneness: • The meat is cooked when it easily falls apart. 13. Garnish: • Optionally, garnish with additional coriander leaves before serving. Water is added as and when needed, follow the video of when I add water in when I put the Masala in, I rinse it with water and put that in the pot. In the end you check to see consistency of the Masala if it’s too thick and you like it more soupy then add more water. Hope that helps 😊

Total cooking time for meat is 7 minutes???
Cooking time for meat is 1.5 to 2 hours. Also check the cooking method where it says to cook until readiness when the lamb is nice and soft.
