- Seemingly out of nowhere, Brighton all of a sudden have a quarter of some of the brightest talents South America has to offer.
In Alexis Mac Allister they have a World Cup winner but in addition there is Paraguay starlet Julio Enciso and Ecuadorian trio Moises Caicedo, Jeremy Sarmiento and Pervis Estupiñan.
What are they like in training and how does Roberto De Zerbi get the best out of them?

One of my favourite players. Such an integral player in the squad with so much experience, intelligence and influence. He will make an excellent manager one day and hopefully will stick around at Brighton for many years to come.
I agree he will be a great manager in the future
Spot on about watching Alexis with an assist in the WC final. I'm from Brighton but live in Manchester now, I watched that game in a Manchester pub and I celebrated that 2nd goal screaming my head off like I was Argentinian. The rest of the pub thought I was crazy!
Wow, amazing insight into Mac Allister, and Enciso! Thank you.
In south america every country has his own football culture, the qualities that lallana sees in mcallister you can found it in a lot of argentinian players, on the other hand enciso is a paraguayan, you don't see a lot of paraguayans footballers doing it out there, so it's obvious that him wanna show off and do it all by herself, his ego must be very elevated, it's probably living the dream, is not easy for a paraguayan to reach the premier league.
Being myself Ecuadorian I definitely want Enciso to make it, he is so young, I think 19, and eager to prove himself.
i dont think he care about being the only paraguayan etc etc he wants to be the best, he wants to be on the top, he is that kind of players
I found out of these intervuews yesterday. I can't believe they have so few views, they are great. Congratulations.
The best club in the prem, if not the world right now. Brighton will be a top 4 next season
Love Brighton, but they won't.
@@dalehaworth123 if Leicester can do it lol
hope so.
Great interview. Deserves much more views.
Great interview, just stumbled upon these. Graham is a great interviewer, really engaging
Great interview mate
Just came across this channel and really impressed. Great interviewer and clearly wealth of knowledge and experience as well as being able to articulate aspects of the game in an interesting and revealing way. Perfect for me who loves the game but doesnt naturally see it on such a technical level.
Smashing it at Brighton. Miss him at LFC
The next Brighton manager.
Doubt it
Great interview, greetings from Ecuador
The Brighton fans gave Connolly stick, but there were a couple of games when MacAllister and Connolly played together and they read each other’s mind.
Potter never made the most of that and I thought that was a shame.
The last time we had a strike ‘partnership’ like that was Leon Knight and some tall dude we had for a short time, but they looked so cool together. It was little and large😂
Leon knight was something else.
So prolific!
Connelly always wanted to blast the ball goalwards instead of placing it.
Gotta love Adam… one of the noisiest players on the pitch… a true leader
