We caught up with Chilean managerial legend Manuel Pellegrini in beautiful Seville and spoke about his Atlantic crossing to sample the different footballing styles that Italy, France and England had to offer. As for David Batty he was a sublime player. fabulous central MF player and read the game so well. I remember him kicking Roberto Mancini 7 ways to sunday in a pre-season against Sampdoria! It was not only Brøndby that made the bases of 1992 succes. The youth national players that later became 1992 National player, was very strong and had great succes. They also made the basis of the 1992 champions. Third there were experienced player from the golden age player from the 1980's that still played, that could add experience into the team. Alot of things topped at the right moment.
