Her belts at mysic box era were so nicely chesty, in Merry Christmas they got balanced out and in daydream era her tone became more heady and girly, each era was staggering in it's own way, love her!! ❤❤
@LambilyXDaydream well people love day dream era cuz she has more ease on the high notes but idk the tone of music era is so addicting also merry Christmas era was perfect then she lightened her voice it is still amazing but lol i just prefer music box era the vibrato on the middle notes and the resonance was a perfection
Amazing video! Mariah can absolutely sustain but being that her voice is naturally agile, she tends to be more comfortable creating unparalleled melismas. I would love to see more C5s whether that be Vision of Love, or Always Be My Baby (especially the 2009 one) and some more Eb5s (especially the ones in Anytime You Need a Friend). Mariah also has a couple of live sustained F#5s (e.x- Vanishing 1993). Besides of that, it was a great compilation. 😊
Thanks for making this compilation - I can't imagine how long it took! ❤ Mariah has been a superstar for over 30 years and I'm still astounded by her range and masterful control of every note.
Are you kidding? There's no E5 vibrato there during that concert. Her highest belt with vibrato during that leg was Eb5 in Baby Please Come Home. I've just noticed that you were just commenting with wrong notes and lipped clips suggestions. It's now 2023 and you were still stunning to be delusional. We're not tolerating that kind of attitude.
@@lightning0506Yeah, she doesn't sustain notes for long because she just doesn't want to yk? Ik you're talking to the other person but I'm agreeing with you. BTW I love your videos.

I thought they were well balanced during music box, just thick, and in debut they were very chesty
Ugh she always had the best tone in her belts in her prime, such a pretty girly tone 😍

One of the best C#5s ever sung

the amount of mb clips 🤭🤭 for a reason!!
Ik she can, she just decides the sing more in her comfort range which is the contralto range.
