Hi Buzzy, I did not realise that Roy bought out this track in 1962. I love the piano and you did a fantastic rendition of this song. It is amazing how good the piano sounds so great by itself. For the verse: (D) sometimes love will (Bm) bloom in the (Em) springtime. (A) then like (G) flowers in (A) summer, it will (D) grow. And then fade (F#m) in the (G) winter.. when the (D) cold winds (G) begin (A) to (D) blow. And the chorus: (D) But when it's (Bm) ever.. (F#m).. green, (G) ev.. (A) er.. (D).. it will (Bm) last through the (E) summer and winter, (A) too.. When love is (Bm) ever..(F#m)..green, (G) ev..(A)..er..(D) green.. like (Em) my (A) for (D) you. .. Hope that helps!

i take it that you believed people would think this was a different Evergreen? Roy Orbison's original was the first one i ever heard.
