I find this theory really possible. We all kind of expecting that Kuma will probably die. I think Usop would be good fit for this devil fruit because, believe or not, he allready have experiences with one of few devil fruit abilities. I am talking about dials. We saw Usop use various variants of dials and how he was able to create new tools from it. We also saw him to use it in fight with Luffy, so he know how to potentially use this devil fruit.

Ya even I was thinking the same the paw paw makes sense. Since dials were also used around the palm maybe foreshadowing by oda i guess since a lot of things from sky Arc has been kinda foreshadowing. Observation Haki, Nika, lost treasure etc etc a lot of things actually

They both are strong without DF and will definitely not take it why sanji got his power up already. Jimbei on the other hand is an ex-warlord so he is powerful actually.
