The fact that people are finding this video a problem is so unbelievable . Caitlyn is doing a very thoughtful thing and not setting the bar high at all . No one is forcing you to do anything . If you feel the pressure then your parents didn’t Rea h you to be a leader and to think for yourself . I’m so sick and tired of people nitpicking at everything influencers do and say . It’s not that hard to say wow you did a very thoughtful thing but not for me and move on. Caitlyn your doing great don’t let the haters get in your way .
Make sure you have some peanut free options incase any of the nurses has a peanut allergy. My nurse was very allergic and really appreciated the peanut free options

The day I bought an empty basket to fill out with goodies for the nurses, was the day my water broke. I was so sad I didn't get anything for the nurses that helped me because they were all so wonderful!!
My cousin's baby girl is being born this coming Tuesday. It's her first baby so there's a lot of unknowns. I suggested to her about having a thank you basket with different goodies for the nurses. She's never heard of it. I told her it wasn't a necessity but it's just a nice gesture for them because they work hard and often times not appreciated. She said she was going to do it so hopefully she will. You gave great ideas and I will pass them on.
I love the nurse gift idea!! I had amazing ones with both kids! Now I feel guilty, lol. Why didn't I think of it 25 and 14 years ago!?!? My son was in charge of videotaping everything before and after the c-section. It was 08. people still used them, lol. Scarlet has her pink camera, maybe that can be something she can help and feel involved with or an old camera of yours. It also might not feel so awkward if she is taking pics and not just starring at him. She is such a sweet and smart girl. She will do so good.... Just like you with your little sisters and my son you used to help watch, but I doubt you remember that.
Please don’t forget about your other healthcare workers! The EVS workers that clean your room, and provide you with clean laundry! The Food Service workers that bring you your meals. These workers work JUST AS HARD for YOU around the clock and on Holidays, but never see any of these gifts that are provided to nursing.
Haha wish I could do something for everyone but simple thank you and kindness are just as meaningful too in my opinion!! These are for nurses and staff and the best I can do while in labor lol
Nice, but the influencer’s are making this a “thing”. Setting the bar high. How about a nice container or tray of cookies ? The dough can be prepped and frozen ahead of time.
