Amazing! I really like how Vistabule set your system up.
Using portable power stations can take the place of permanently installing lithium batteries, mppt, lifepo chargers, updated converters, and 110 inverters! It can give most of us more capability and versatility for less money. I think we’re going to see more people using systems like this.

DIY.....you are so right that the Jackery can replace the permanently installed batteries......BTW, I really enjoy your channel too!
Great video as always. We don’t have an AGM setup at all and instead run a Jackery1000 and if on longer trips a Bluetti AC50S (500W). Teardrop is prewired to charge the Jackery off the 7pin while driving or solar panels when at campsite. We run a diesel heater, 12v fridge, lights, etc. Solar keeps the fridge recharging all the time. We did this for simplicity and flexibility. When not camping we can use the Jackery/Bluetti at home, when car or tent camping. Works fine for us 3-5 day trips so far.

Those are nice power stations. They are just on the expensive side as compared to the other power stations
Ya lots of other pretty faces out there. But do you know if those cheap brands are using quality 18650 batteries? Are the batteries they use "protected" to prevent fires? Are the output ports regulated? I could go on and I am not saying Jack is the only or the best. But I am saying its always in the top 3 on all reviews and they deliver quality. Jackery was founded by an Apple battery engineer. How about those no names? Is it some guy with a soldering iron in a hut? I have had my Jackeries a few years. Most if not all of the no names have come and gone or rebranded because of defects. Those companies come and go as fast as the battery is drained. Good luck on support. ya battery power are so inaficiant its not funny ... i have 10 100 amp batterys and they power my garage.. i can not leave the invertor plugged in in the winter i have a small 50 watt heater for the battery a chicken coop heater for 2 days no sun cloudy days...and if you draw more than 50% on an agm glass packed there junk a 10 year battery will only at best 3 years... and cold weather lessons the battery life by more than 1/2
Hi Jason I have learned to live with batteries. They have gotten me thru some tough times. I had one battery last about 3 years. The current battery is doing great. I have an good charger. I de-sulphate it when I need to and its working great. This setup is giving me way more flexibility. In my case its a much better solution than a second AGM. Best wishes for the new year. =Cosmo
What kind of heater did you run from the Jackery?
Also, what about two smaller units, so that one can charge in the sun while the other is being used?
Hi Ron. I am running a Propex HS2000 to heat my trailer. It is a propane heater (vented to outside) with a fan. I now can use the AGM battery or a Jackery and charge alternate between the charged units. Its great for energy flexibility! Highly recommended. The display on those Jackery Explorer's are just down right uninspired. They should improve them.
Ya low in inspiration but high on performance and quality. Depends on what model you get. There are plenty of choices available you dont have to choose Jackery. However I would consider a reputable company that uses quality 18650 batteries has regulated output on all output ports and a company that uses protected batteries to avoid fires. Happy New year! My jackery 500 went out 2 weeks after the warranty ran out.

@@CosmoWeems yes we have been emailing for a week. I thought it was a was to reset it. I have used it around-0 times give or take. They said my warranty is out and offered a deal on another one which is the same deal they give many times. I turned it down and now I’m using my ecoflow river pro. Same price $431 with tax and more watt hours. I was eyeing the jackery 2000 now I’m going with the ecoflow 2000
