*arik carmi* Jerusalem is EQUALLY special to other people too. Jews abandoned Jerusalem for 2000 years, and then stole the place back in a filthy military conquest. Even now you can only keep Jerusalem so long as you have disgusting checkpoints every where. *Israel is a military dictatorship, and an apartheid regime.*
Jews hate Muslims and Christians and make it very hard for those people to visit their holy places.

*"The 'palestinian people' does not exist. The creation of a 'palestinian' state is only a means for continuing our struggle against the state of Israel for our arab unity. We know that they were in their land long before we ever arrived and thus we must use coercion, deception, and invention to undermine and steal their ancestry. In reality today there is no difference between 'jordanians', 'palestinians', 'syrians' and 'lebanese'. Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak today about the existence of a so-called 'palestinian people', since arab national interests demand that we posit the existence of a distinct "palestinian people" to oppose the legitimacy of Zionism. As an arab, I cannot raise claims to Haifa and Jaffa, while as a 'palestinian', I can undoubtedly steal Haifa, Jaffa, Beer-Sheva and even Jerusalem."* - yasser "terrorist with AIDS" arafat, Trouw, 1977

The beauty of the Jerusalem is that it is the oldest of the old city but it is also the ultra modern city of today. One of the top5 city in this world. It is due to God who gave the " WISDOM " to the king Solomon that is still valid today. The effect is what we see today. Good message by the Rabbi Jonathan Sacks on this 50th anniversary of the city Jerusalem.

“So all Israel attune their hearts to one place… Where do we learn this from? Like the tower of David your neck built לְתַלְפִּיּוֹת (letalpiyot) (Song of Songs 4:4)-a תֵּל (tel), mount, to which all פִּיוֹת (piyot), mouths, turn” (BT Berakhot 30a).
“As Rabbi Ḥiyya said: ‘Shekhinah (the Divine Presence) never budged from the western wall of the sanctuary, as is said: There he stands behind our wall (Song of Songs 2:9)-beginning of faith, for the entire world’” (Zohar 2:5b [MhN]).
“The lower Shekhinah is called the כּוֹתֶל מַעֲרָבִי (Kotel Ma’aravi), Western Wall. [The Holy One, blessed be He,] His dwelling, being the תֵּל (Tel), Mount, to which all turn. כּוֹתֶל (Kotel), wall-[read instead:] כ״ו תֵּל (esrim ve-shesh Tel), Mount of Twenty-Six, and יהוה (YHWH) is [numerically equivalent to] כ״ו (twenty-six)” (Zohar 2:116a, Ra’aya Meheimna Mishpatim).

“Rabbi Abba said, ‘I remember something that I heard from the Holy Lamp [Rabbi Shim’on son of Yoḥai], who heard it in the name of Rabbi Eli’ezer [son of Hyrcanus]. One day, a certain clever Gentile came to him and said, Old man, old man… you say that another Temple will be built for you, whereas only two were supposed to be built: the First Temple and the Second Temple-a Third Temple and a Fourth Temple you will not find in the Torah! Surely, what is meant to be built has already been built, and there will never be any more; for, after all, Scripture calls them the two houses of Israel (Isaiah 8:14), and it is written The glory of this last house will be greater than the first (Haggai 2:9)…’
[The Gentile] said, ‘Old man, old man, don’t say anything to me, because I won’t listen to you or accept it!’ [cf. Proverbs 18:2: A fool does not care for discerning but for exposing his inner thoughts; ibid., 26:4-5: Do not answer a dolt by his folly, lest you, too, be like him. Answer the dolt by his folly, lest he seem wise in his own eyes].
Rabbi Eli’ezer raised his eyes and gazed at him, and he turned into a heap of bones. When his wrath subsided, he turned his head and wept. He said, ‘YHWH our Lord, how majestic is Your name throughout the earth! (Psalms 8:2). How mighty is the holy power throughout the earth! There is not a single tiny word appearing in the Torah that has not issued from the mouth of the blessed Holy One. These things asked by that wicked man I asked Elijah one day, and he said that they had been presented in the Heavenly Academy before the blessed Holy One.
For when Israel came out of Egypt, the blessed Holy One wished to make them on earth like holy angels above, and He wanted to build for them a holy house, bring it down from the utmost heavens, and plant Israel as a holy shoot corresponding to the image above. As is written: You will bring them, You will plant them on the mount of Your heritage. In which? A firm place for Your dwelling You fashioned, O YHWH (Exodus 15:17)-in the one that You fashioned Yourself, no one else-the First Temple. The sanctuary, O YHWH, Your hands firmly founded-the Second Temple. Both of them, the artistry of the blessed Holy One.
But because they angered Him in the desert, they died, and the blessed Holy One brought into the Land their children-who learned their ways-and the house was built by human hands. Consequently, it did not endure; and Solomon said, Unless YHWH builds the house, its builders labor in vain (Psalms 127:1), for it has no endurance.
In the days of Ezra, sin took its toll-due to various transgressions-and they were forced to build it themselves, so it did not endure. Until now, the original building of the blessed Holy One has never appeared in the world. For it is written: YHWH builds Jerusalem (Psalms 147:2)-He and no one else. It is this building we await, not a human building, which has no endurance at all.
The blessed Holy One will bring down the First Temple and the Second Temple as one from above-the First Temple, concealed; the Second Temple, revealed. The house called Second Temple will be revealed, so that the artistry of the blessed Holy One will be visible to the whole world-total joy, aspiration of the heart, in full existence.
That First Temple, concealed, will ascend high above the one revealed; and the whole world will see clouds of glory surrounding the revealed one; and within those clouds will be the First Temple, in hidden fashioning, rising to the height of the glorious heavens. It is this building that we await, which has never existed in the world.
Even the city of Jerusalem will not be the work of human hands, for it is written: I Myself-declares YHWH-will be a wall of fire around her… (Zechariah 2:9). If this is what is written about the city, all the more so for the Temple, which is His dwelling. This act should have happened at first, when Israel came out of Egypt, but it has been deferred to the end of days in the final redemption” (Zohar 3:220b-221a).

A very moving piece , I just regret that one cannot walk, as i did, from the Damascus gate over a hill, often stoney and undeveloped, to the midnight mass 24/25th December 1979. "Jerusalem shall be downtrodden of the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are at an end" (Luke 21:24).
Tragically, but inevitably, there will be one more downtreading (Zechariah 14; Joel 3)... but the righteous one will come to stop the deportation of Jews and he will build the Temple again (Zechariah 6:13,14,15). Gentiles will also assist. And "people shall flow to Jerusalem" and nations will say, "Come let us go up to the mountain of the Lord and to the house of the God of Jacob and he will teayh us of his ways and we will in his paths; for the law shall go forth from Zion and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem." S. 1322 (104th): Jerusalem Embassy Act of 1995
    Library of Congress
The Jerusalem Embassy Act of 1995 is a public law of the United States passed by the 104th Congress on October 23, 1995. It was passed for the purposes of initiating and funding the relocation of the Embassy of the United States in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, no later than May 31, 1999, and attempted to withhold 50 percent of the funds appropriated to the State Department specifically for "Acquisition and Maintenance of Buildings Abroad" as allocated in fiscal year 1999 until the United States Embassy in Jerusalem had officially opened. The act also called for Jerusalem to remain an undivided city and for it to be recognized as the capital of the State of Israel. Israel's declared capital is Jerusalem, but this is not internationally recognized, pending final status talks in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The United States has withheld recognition of the city as Israel's capital. The proposed law was adopted by the Senate (93-5), and the House (374-37).
Since passage, the law has never been implemented, because of opposition from Presidents Clinton, Bush, and Obama, who view it as a Congressional infringement on the executive branch's constitutional authority over foreign policy; they have consistently claimed the presidential waiver on national security interests.

There will never be a second Arab-Palestinian State West of the Jordan River; they have Jordan which is Jewish territory.
Anyone who thinks about putting another terrorist entity in Judea and Samaria aka West Bank, needs to have his head examined.
If the U.S. was conquered by various nations over a thousand years plus and than some outside forces helped Americans defeat the occupiers and regain its sovereignty and set up the American U.S. government again, would you consider the Americans as occupiers.
I will take it a step further. Many Americans who were displaced by the occupying forces in America were forced out of their homes and returned to the U.S., would you consider them occupiers or people returning to their homes.
If Mexico which had numerous wars and battles with the U.S. decided to fire thousands of rockets against the U.S., would you tolerate it or you would demand your country respond with extreme force at all costs, no holds barred and stop this rockets and terror attacks against Americans and women and children.

The tongue has no bones, but is strong enough to break a heart. So be careful with your words.”
In all the Arab/Muslim countries there are maybe 500 Jews left with the exception of Morocco. But Israel has over one and one quarter of a million Arabs who live there in peace with all the benefits all Israelis receive. The Arabs have a Supreme court Justice in Israel and many Arab members of the Israeli Parliament, there are also Arab mayors and Arab Political parties. Can you show me any of this type of treatment of Jews in the Arab/Muslim countries? On the contrary, the Arab Muslim countries terrorized and expelled over a million Jewish families who lived there for over 2,800 years and confiscated all their assets, including personal valuables property, businesses, homes and over 120,000 sq. km. of Jewish owned Real Estate for over 2,600 years (which is 6 times the size of Israel and valued in the trillions of dollars, they also took Jewish territory east of the Jordan River which is Jordan). Most of the million expelled Jewish families were resettled in Israel, and today comprise over half the population. The Arabs received over 12 million sq. km. after WWI with a wealth of oil reserves. The Arabs/Muslims controlled and occupied Spain for over 700 years, how come they do not demand Spain as Arab/Muslim territories.
The U.S. is fairly a new country in the past 250 years. All that occurred after Americans killed most of the American Indians who are the indigenous people of the Americas. The Americans fought numerous wars against Mexico and its occupiers and now claim Texas, California, etc. as their country. The same applies to numerous European countries and other countries throughout the world that have taken territories from other nations and now claim it as theirs. The Jews have a history with The Land of Israel going back over 3,000 years, two Jewish Temples with continuous habitation.
It is time for a population transfer of the Arabs just like after WWII millions were relocated. Stop deluding yourself about peace and coexistence. Past 70 years have proven that the Arabs are not interested.

FACT In International Law Jerusalem, & The West Bank (Judea & Samaria) Belongs To The Jewish Home-Land Settled In International Law For Over 90 Years - No annexation is required
      It Is Settled FACT
      In International Law
      Jerusalem,
      & The West Bank
      (Judea & Samaria)
      Belongs To The
      Jewish Home
      Settled In International Law
      For Over 90 Years
      Israel Should Have
      OFFICIALLY ANNEXED
      The West Bank in 1967
or in 1988And MUST NOW Officially Annex
      The West Bank
      Since The Palestinians Violate
      The Fundamental Necessary
      Agreement By Refusing To Negotiate
With Israel & Recognize The Jewish State
And Going Directly To The UN
      Thus Making The Entire
      So-Called OSLO or Road Map
      Peace Process AND
      Every Agreement In It
NULL and VOID Israel MUST NOW Officially Annex
      The West Bank
Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria is Jewish territory - No annexation is required
If anything it may need to be re-incorporated or re-patriated.
Let me pose an interesting scenario. If you had a country and it was conquered by foreign powers over a period of time. After many years you have taken back you country and land in various defensive wars. Do you have to officially annex those territories. It was always your territory and by retaking control and possession of your territory it is again your original property and there is no need to annex it. The title to your property is valid today as it was many years before.
Annexation only applies when you are taking over territory that was never yours to begin with, just like some European countries annexed territories of other countries.
      YJ Draiman
Jews hold title to the Land of Greater Israel even if outnumbered a million to one.
The fact that more foreigners than Jews occupied the Land of Israel during certain periods of time does not diminish true ownership. If my house is invaded by a family ten times larger that mine does that obviate my true ownership?

The Lord God our Creator told our father Avraham to go from Ur to the place He would show him, a sign of Heaven and Shalem. Avraham came to that Promised Land and paid tithes in Shalem, a sign of the future priesthood in Shalem. After the days of our father Joshua,in the days of the Judges, the royal tribe of Judah conquered Jerusalem, a sign of the future kingship in Shalem. Later our father King David made Jerusalem our eternal capital where God would dwell with us according to His covenant with us. He called it the City of David and told Israel that Jerusalem would be the place of the altar of Israel. His son King Shlomo built the Temple in Jerusalem because God wanted a son of shalom to lay its foundation. So the journey of the children of Avraham and of Israel from Ur to Shalem to the Temple of the Lord, to the place of His dwelling and rest, is reflected in the name Yerushalayim, Ur to Shalem, or Jerusalem. Can we contain the emotions of thousands of years of the covenantal history of this city ? Truly Jerusalem is the ladder to the gateway of Heaven and we were not aware of it just as our father Jacob, whom God named Israel. As God promised us through our prophet Jeremiah that Judah and Levi shall always continue before Him as the ordinances of the heavens, so Heaven,God's very own Presence, Kingship and Priesthood shall always continue in Jerusalem, the eternal capital of Israel, the light of the world.

The most special thing about zjerudalem is that it is zhofs city. The God of Abraham ,Isaac and Jacob .. the one true God And soon Jesus will return to have His eternal kingdom for those who call on his name. When the Lord says eternal He means eternal.

The Temple, if it is to be rebuilt, should at least be in the original location, not on top of the Roman Fort Antonia platform. For those who don't know what I am talking about, search for Robert (Bob) Cornuke, he can tell you all about the true location of the temple.

Best Salesspeach I heard, because it's true: Faith brought back Jerusalem inside Israel on the Map.
I disagree on the faith disparency between Old(+Talmud)&New Testament and the political mashup of Old&NewTastment Islam.
At the End it's the same.

Rome is holy to Catholics. Jerusalem is Holy to Protestant and Evangelical Christians. Christ was Jewish by birth and culture after all.
