I had same issue with Niyo Global card in Vietnam. I was not able to withdraw cash for 24 hours and I had no cash with me. I had to pay for my hostel and bus ticket and luckily I had USD50 in my wallet and my total bill was 49USD. I reached to the next city and luckily the hostel owner was helpful and provided me breakfast which we had to pay cash in advance. But I paid later that night.
Yeah! One of those days, I had a similar struggle to get my dinner on that night!! Fortunately it worked next day 😅

Haha cool. I did my open water advanced with Dive India in havelock in 2015. It was a super experience. Have only done one dive in Bali after that 🤭. It's been soo long. Hopefully, will get to do some diving soon.

You can go with Crystal Dives because I had a great experience and best part is they give 4 days stay in the resort with the diving course. Rest you can check with other brands too.
