Frank Ragnow just made All Pro with the Detroit Lions for 2020.
He ranks 4th in the entire NFL at the center position, 0 sacks allowed in 871 snaps.

Man I believe it. Hasn't been long for me. Just lost mine 3 days before Christmas this past year. Then my Granddaddy, which is my moms dad passed 3 weeks later. My Granddaddy was actually a minister and officiated my dads funeral. Then in 3 weeks he went to join him. I cant explain the way I felt and still feel the night the nurse said hes gone.

Yup. My mom died of throat cancer 13 years ago coming up on June 7th. Never got over it, never will. Just had to go on and remember that as much as I wish I could have done something to change the outcome, it was out of my hands and nothing I could do would have altered it. It was hard to accept that, but eventually I did.

Class act , class human being . He cares . SEC has some awesome coach's, players and fans . We don't see much behind the scenes , but this is just one example . The UK football team dedicated the Miss .St . game to a young boy who stole their hearts . Mon after the game the whole team were honorary pallbearers . What a tribute to that family . God is working behind the scenes thru people who love life and people . Athletes are amazing as are the coaches who show them in life there's more than winning , both on and off the field . That goes for all sports . God bless them all .

I coached football for 16 years. I used to ask my players, “Do you think what we are doing is about football”? No it’s about finding your limits. It’s about trusting the man next to you and knowing he can trust you. Mainly it’s about life and how you are going to live it. I had this situation where one of my players lost his mother and baby sister. He could have quit but he came back a week later. He was the strength and inspiration for the whole team. As tough as coach Saban acts, I think he understands this too. At any level, coach Saban is a class act.
