- The Poppin' Pastels technique is quick, easy and fun to make. I use the Stampin' Up! Soft Seedlings stamp set and the Leaf Fall 3D embossing folder with the Soft Pastels found on page 126 of the 2022-2023 Annual Stampin' Up! catalog. They all work beautifully together!

Does the spray you used really seal the pastels enough that they won’t rub off or do they need to be heat set or sealed some way?
I believe once the chalks have been sprayed (the powder got lightly wet and dried) they are good. Heat setting would not work. Back when we were kids and made chalk drawings we use to use cheap hair spray. The mist is so much prettier 😊
