If you are getting the ReefMat, it takes up a little more space than you think. Also you'll have to cut the flexible pipe down a lot, and the black support that goes with the filter socks, will get in the way of the ReefMat. Atleast on the 850 it does. Do you have the print files for the parts you printed? Also make sure that you have leak tested the sump. I leak tested and moved it just a tad on mine, and had a leak.

Yeah I figured I'd have to cut it down. At some point when I get a reefmat I might try to figure out if I can hard plumb it.
Hope them grates don't clog, could cause a potential flooding issue

Yup! Printed Petg is food safe and inert.
