Every lyrics website says that in the last verse he says "Ask the ferris tiller girl to marry me" but I really think it is "Fairest Tiller girl" because a Ferris Tiller is a literal gardening tiller made by the brand Ferris, while the "Fairest Tiller girl" would be the prettiest European dancing lady.
