Thanks for doing this! I've been a fan of BP for many years and have known the band members for several years. Not sure what happened at about the 2:30 mark but the sound went well out of synch. I would mention just one thing- BP are not a four woman singing group with a backup band. BP are all SEVEN- Lara, Éri, Érika, Sela, Rubén, Julián, and Pepo. Thanks again!
I love Broken Peach, they have a great talent for performing mash-ups of popular songs in their distinctive BP style. You should definitely check out more of their videos, I recommend their performance of their "Broken land" album which has their own songs. Also, I highly recommend checking out "The Warning". They're an all female group from Monterrey, Mexico and they are the future of rock!
Was this from their “live” Halloween show this year? Either their backing track went askew or there was a weird edit around 2:30. From there until the end of the ‘I was meant for loving you’ segment It sounded as though the singers were performing at one tempo, while the three guys were playing at a slower tempo. I have watched a lot of their videos and have no doubt that all seven are quite talented. They aren’t a synthetic, lip-syncing, auto-tuned operation; that being said, they do use backing tracks (e.g., the synthesizers in this “live” performance) and the women may have been lip synching over their own previously recorded vocal track. They are entertaining, fun to watch, and quite creative with their makeup, costumes, vocal harmonies, and arrangements and mashups. Nice choice to spotlight!
