    Prayer & being meditative & compartmentalizing things is\are simple...having these things in your life can provide many changes \how we think. sorry I do NOT have time for,care for or BELIEVE in anxiety\feeling sorry for myself\I don't suppress things.
    Deal with it.I myself do take the time to take 2 days out of the week to be off my phone

    ews.set an alarm to get back "your push thru focus".bcs TBH ,If there is no emergency then NOTHING is that serious to me.I am from the islands & my heightened sense of SELF\MY reality is engrained with "PRAYER,strength & guidance & a push thru focus\JUST get it done type attitude".I just dont have the time for things that DO NOT make a difference\pay my bills\provide stability.So,do what feels good & that makes me happy & not perfect (I despise the word PERFECT)

    I was on the #2 train in nyc visiting and it was mental health day. They advertise the many hospital locations that one could go to get help. On that train were so many people with obvious mental health issues that needed the help and I thought, what a lost opportunity 🤔...no one thought let’s canvas the trains....besides the people who are functioning with mental issues there are those who have lost that battle and society “seem” to not know what to do with them. If this is the example of the care, My question Is this, is mental help only for those on the brink or can we use the same “rehabilitative” methods and the funds used for the prison system to get the lost individuals back in the folds of society. Is mental illness still a weakness, a taboo ?🤭

      So much to think about here and totally agreed. We've got to make mental health care something that's accessible to everyone
