      Q1 and Q2 are correct :)
Answer of Q3 is 24 km/hr. Here is solution:
Let's start with the formula for average speed = total distance / total time
But since the distance is not given in the sum, we can take total distance as 2x.
So 1st half distance is 'x' and 2nd half also is 'x'.
Now to calculate total time …
Total time = time of 1st half + time of 2nd half
      time = distance / speed
      So we get total time = x/20 + x/30.
Now plug in the values in the main formula
      Average speed = 2x / (x/20 + x/30)
      = 2x/ (5x/60)
      = 24 km/hr

1)The speedometer measures the instantaneous speed of the car.
2)The velocity of car will change if it takes turn as direction will change.
    3) Let the distance be x km .
So, time for first half distance= distance/speed
    ( X/2 )/20 hr=x /40 hr
    Time for second half distance = distance /speed=(x/2 )/30 hr =x /60hr
    Total time =x /40 hr + x/60 hr=5x/120 =x/24 hr
    Total distance =x km
    So average speed = total distance/total time = x/(x/24)km/hr =24 km/hr

question 1 ans is: The speedometer of a vehicle measures the instantaneous speed of the vehicle, which is the rate at which the vehicle is traveling at a specific moment in time. This is typically displayed in units of kilometers per hour (km/h) or miles per hour (mph), depending on the region.
question 2 ans is: No, the car does not have uniform velocity. While the car may be moving at a constant speed, velocity is a vector quantity that depends on both speed and direction. Since the car is turning, its direction is changing, and therefore, its velocity is not uniform.
qusetion no 3 ans is: Average Speed=
    Total Time
    Total Distance

Let's assume the total distance is
    𝐷
    D. The car covers half the distance (
    𝐷

    2
    D/2) at 20 km/hr and the other half (

Step 1: Time taken for the first half
The time taken to cover the first half of the distance (

So, the average speed of the car is 24 km/hr.

TOP 3 QUESTIONS BY AVIGHNA DARUKA
1)The speedometer measures km/hour or instantaneous speed.
2)No, the car doesn't has uniform velocity since the direction has changed.
    3) Easy, you find the average speed by applying the simple formula of a sum divided by count. Thus, 25+35= 50 divided by count = 25

    3rd question .
car speed for half distance = 20 km /h
    other half distance = 30 km/h
    = 20 km/h + 30 km/h
    =50 kg/h
avg speed = total distance /total time
    avg speed = 50kg /h
    0
because the time is not given (measure)
so answer is 50 kg /h

You can find the time as
      (Total distance 's'=2x)
      t1=s/v
      =x/20h
      And,t2=x/30h
      So, total time taken=x/20+x/30
      =x/12
      Average speed=total distance/total time taken
      =2x÷x/12
      =24km/h

    1. The speedometer of a vehicle measures the instantaneous speed.
    2. No, because the uniform motion is when the speed is constant and direction is the same. As shown in the video, the car take turn which does not meet the criteria to be included in a uniform motion; therefore, it is a Non Uniform motion.
    3. The average speed of the car is 24km/h

2). No. It's because the direction has changed although speed is constant.
