I can definitely relate to the breast part. I absolutely hate mine. I lost a ton of weight and mine just sag sooo bad anymore and don’t look normal, if that makes sense. I get so insecure wearing certain clothing or even with my partner. I would love to get a lift at some point, but stuff like that makes me super anxious 😭
It makes me anxious too!! But I’ve heard sooooo many positive stories from other women which honestly makes me a little excited too. I’ll keep you updated!

I had a breast reduction and lift a little under a year ago, and my whole life changed! I don't think you should feel bad about talking about it; if anything, it helps other women who may be struggling with the idea of if they should get one or plan for one feel more comfortable with the procedure.
I started following you in 2017 when I was going through a really hard time personally. It’s been such a gift to grow with you and the fam jam. I can’t thank you enough ❤

I honestly think about it every single day about how much I hate how they look now. Deflated. My son is 13 months. It’s something I definitely want fixed as it’s really messed with my self confidence.

I know it would help my confidence a lot but I’m not sure if I want to pursue it yet as we aren’t sure if we want to have another baby. So I think it would make more sense to do it after that. All the best to you :)

the way i do noodles is boil some water, put the noodles in a bowl, add the boiled water, cover the bowl with a plate and wait 5 minutes; then strain the noodles and add the spices and a few drops of oil 🤌

Alex I think you’re doing a great job with your online presence. Being aware of your kids safety and also keeping private stuff private. We as your followers don’t have a right to know everything that is happening in your life. Especially if it’s a really vulnerable topic for you. I think it’s incredibly empowering that you talked about your infertility, but you talking about it AFTER just makes so much more sense. People will only give comments intending to help you but 99% of the time it’s just hurtful like you said in this video. Don’t show yourself in a vulnerable state, that’s only for your village, they will take care of you. Like you said in one of your last videos, there’s not only nice people on the internet, there’s people that want to hurt you. Don’t feed them. They don’t deserve that.

I honestly think talking about the issues you’re going through after you’ve gained some clarity about it is so much better for your mental health than while you’re still going through it- things are a bit more cloudy and raw so people’s opinions and ideas could overwhelm you more. I totally get why you want to wait! I would too 🫶🏼❤️
