I am not encouraging anyone to be an enabler, but alcohol and some drug withdrawals are deadly and excruciating painful. Everyone please keep helping and less judging. I have years, off and on, of homelessness and I've even done my own research on it and people are terrified of the homeless but like you pointed out many have mental issues and are elderly and I even met a man whose brain got messed up, not by drugs but disease and he had a hard time communicating. We helped him out the best we could and gave him emotional support and guidance, my grandmother was a head nurse at a local hospital. Thank you for encouraging positivity towards the homeless.

There is such a huge gap between the haves and have nots in South Florida. I work in Sunny Isle a super rich area drive a few miles and it's a completely different world.. where I live. It's crazy. People really stay on the struggle here. That's why you see 6 or more cars where I live in all the driveway ...the front yard because no one can afford rent. LOWER the damn rent for working class people damn Rich Nastys 😒
I work with and for people with disability. The average person is afraid and scared by them, just because of plain ignorance. We must teach and educate to see these guys as people, before their problem. They are like us, with feelings, fears, power, all of it.
Hey Jose, another great video. It is a sad shame that there are still homeless people in 2020. They sound like great people. His story of having a good paid job and then losing it as quickly as he got it, is a good lesson to take onboard for everyone. I look forward to your next interview video.

I would not donate a dime to your cause. You stereotype people on the basis of homelessness. "Afraid they will use it on drugs" is not an excuse to give them cash. Your part is to give. No matter if it's money, clothes, food, etc... You're can't take control of someone's life and decide they can be trusted or not with money. So what if a few of them buy drugs with it, that should be their choice NOT YOURS!
Give them food and clothing rather than money if you are afraid they may use it on drugs. Money is a tool only that enables you to do things that you would not be able to do if you did not have it.

our job is NOT to judge but to HELP. sadly, judgement is a protection mechanism we have.. and too many people try to TEST it in order to corrupt it.
