    Regardless of your hair, certain jobs require you to look smart and professional. And the rules should be the same for everyone. Remember in my work, nose piercings were not allowed, but yet some Asian colleagues had nose piercings, and nothing was said, so is that not having different rules, for different groups of people ? 🤔

    Oh come on not even they like their own hair! Wigs… weaves… so called protective styles… they just hate their ‘crowns’
