Honestly, based on the stuff they've added, how quickly they push out updates, and what they can do, I can see helldivers being around for quite awhile. I hope so because I love it.

The best part about Helldivers? It''s a live service..... that's actually a live service. They are recording operation specific TV segments as we speak.

If they keep being like that, every fan and gamer won't just be part of a war, but a little part of the entire story, our deaths and achievements become canon xD
Is this one of these few legendary games? Well it's definitely on it's way to legendary-status for me personally. If they keep adding stratagems, enemies both in new faction or new units for existing ones and work the progress and setbacks of the Community into their lore... DAMN! The thought hypes me up again, time for another battlefield instead of sleep.

Hell divers is perfectly made to enhance any RUclipsrs individual comedy, any video I’ve watched on HD2 was sick and hilarious
The most fun match I've had so far was when I was playing with my buddy on Hellmire. Off in the distance we could see these fire tornadoes spinning around, but I thought they were just background setpieces. About half an hour later on our way to the extraction point, I see a warning flash up on screen about fire tornadoes. We get to the extraction point and there's fire tornadoes ON THE LANDING PAD. So the whole time we're fighting off bugs, we're also running around trying not to get incinerated. It was pure chaos and it was incredible.
I love how everything can go to shit in this game in a instant. In most games, you get mad. I. This, you laugh cuz now you get to watch everyone else struggle. 🤣🤣🤣
i got my buddy blocked all the entrances to the extraction by tesla tower, i couldn’t get in and i didn’t even get mad 😂😂😂😂
i'm only getting mad at players who take the explosive mortar for choice and dont stop using it when the entire tells to stop because of too much frienldy fire.
@@bullion87 we instantly forget that you can prone/crawl through tesla towers. but that's hard to do when there are teeth surrounding you. the problem is knowing its minimum targeting radius lol
oh man imagine being in that age between like 13-19 where you have your group of school friends that play together. this game is built for that shit

Luckily I’ve got a reliable friend group to liberate with, games like these’re meant to be played with friends.
We had left 4 dead which was basically the same experience lol
7:27 I would have loved to see Hans Zimmer make this game's soundtrack. However, the actual music producer is Wilbert Roget II. He did the game soundtracks for COD:WWII, MK11, Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris, and the Forsaken DLC from Destiny 2.

Any game can suck based on your experience but I play with my chill buddies and we laugh our asses off . I hope they keep improving in the right direction
Helldivers is a gaming cultural reset. A live service game that gives updates and community feedback, no pay to win weapons, you can earn currency in game to purchase new content instead of having to pull out your wallet, AND it's fun as hell. The Warbond not expiring and always being available, is already a HUGE step up from the "miss it and it's gone" gimmick that other Live service games have given us. Helldivers 2 is nothing but positive for the gaming community.
the ionic storm is so awesome, you just never know what the devs will do next until you experience it live, so far, i love this game and i already played 150 hours.

That thumbnail is such a perfect encapsulation of the essence of this game: everyone has come together and set aside their differences in the defense of Democracy and the unfiltered dispensation of high-velocity Freedom. I'm confident that if this was in the universe of The Boys, Butcher and Homelander would literally be sitting across the room from each other enjoying a nice warm cup of Liber-Tea while laying waste to Terminid and Automaton scum. I'd love a video of you, your dad, brother, and Outlander on the front lines of Freedom!

D2 still my main, but getting a few friends to switch off here and there to go diving has been a hoot and damn refreshing. Hopefully this game sticks around because even whats available now is great already. Glad Sir D has been enjoying it as well.

That modifier that swaps your stratagems is instant comedy if you don't remember its on. First time i did a mission with it it was like "ok guys heres some expendable anti tank. Wait why is the beam red?"

Helldivers has a great blueprint set out for themselves, so lets hope they build something awesome out of said blueprint

This basically sums up a significantly high portion of real world military leadership. They have the medals and ribbons for TAKING PART in deployments and campaigns, but rarely did they ever actually do anything. Generals, Admirals, etc... most of them are there because they weren't the ones doing the actual work. Rather, they were usually on some sort of intelligence department, or otherwise part of strategic coordination behind the actual major operations, and got their promotions through their use of logistics and BS'ing. Obviously, there will always be exceptions, and from time to time, you'll encounter a high level officer who actually risked everything, survived, and probably lost parts of their own body in the line of duty, but they're increasingly rare.

Helldivers is almost as fun to watch as to play. The first game was criminally underrated. It's good to see the sequel getting so much attention. I'm holding my breath for some of the other weapons and strategems to make it from the first game. Where's my Trident?

I firmly believe Helldivers 2 will be this generations Left 4 Dead. It's a game that will drop out on popularity, but people will always be playing it and will be willing to come back to it. That said, the updates they've done so far have been solid and for me personally, I don't know if I'll be quitting any time soon.

The thing with HD2 its not a straight up Shooter like COD or BF. HD2 has tactics, strategy and you need to think, not just react most quickly. and dont forget, a really nice teamplay can be done if you are smart enough. so i think this game is not "just another shooter game" its more.
I add my own fun by running certain missions on helldive, running certain load outs like Flamijg Hot Cheeto against be bots (very funny, not effective) or engineer, where I only bring senteries and a bubble shield.
It’s very funny, and some of my favorites are actually pretty effective, like demo man and stealth.
