This would not be a good movie just imagine an exaggerated Italian voice through the whole movie plus the others can't talk which would make it really boring.
same, I enjoy some of his other stuff but it's weird to hear that voice from Mario's face. Also it's a small detail but the eyes and the eyebrows are too realistic for me which is why I made the thumbnail the way I did on the left.
He would need to tap a little more into his normal voice. Hearing Mario speak full lines of dialogue feels… wrong to me. He should do the Mario voice, but like dial it back to like a 60% Mario voice
This reminds me a lot of those no dialogue kids' cartoons like Pingu and Shaun the Sheep where they use the score and sound affects to express the characters' emotions. Very good job and I hope you continue making more content.

tbh i think they're going the sonic movie route. they released a trailer with bad mario design intentionally (as in : lazy), then fix it later after seeing the reactions and make it seem they listened to the feedbacks
No they just wont Sonic move actually genuinely thought their design was good evidenced by the fact that there was animated baby sonic scenes and that an actual fan had to be hired to fix the design it also made paramount lose a TON of money fixing and reanimating the movie.This is just a voice actor it wont be changed
That version of Browsers theme needs to be in the movie. As I was typing this, the video transitioned into the Mario scene, and the music nearly gave me a heart attack (I made the mistake of making it my alarm sound and now I feel nothing but dread and anxiety when I hear the first 3 notes)

Yeah, video editing IS surprisingly fun :D this may not have been THE most difficult feat of video editing ever ;D, haha, but it was still really really fun. I really enjoyed it, so thanks for making and sharing it with us all! :). I honestly think it's kind of better than the original trailer, lol. I mean, like, SURE, YES: there is a bit less human-like personality to them? but.............the whole issue I take with the actual movie is that the ENTIRE thing rests primarily on the beloved characters, and those same beloved characters have had effectively EVERY drop of who they are and have been completely sucked out of them -just soulless clones of the actual characters, poorly voiced by whoever is a popular actor at the time not who actually fits. As such, the characters in your trailer may feel a little less human/anthropomorphized in a way we can personally relate to as people?...........but it also feels INFINITELY more full of genuine passion and joy, like the characters themselves have heart. The Mario movie looks like it's going to be an absolute MASTERPIECE, visually..........but it also looks like it's going to have NO SOUL basically whatsoever. At least your copy has a lot more heart and soul! :)

bro I have been doing a deep dive on Mario for another project and there has been some insane mario content that is very obscure and hard to track down over the years that uses game sounds so it could totally be done again
