It helps reduce Cholesterol thereby protecting the heart. Research also proves that Aval reduces the risk of Breast Cancer. Being rich in fiber, it is ideal breakfast/dinner/snack for weight loss.

    Aval- 1.5 Cup
    Raw Peanuts- 1/4 Cup
    Onion- 2 Large Sized
    Tomato- 1 Medium Sized
    Green Peas- 1/4 Cup
    Green Chilli- 3
    Curry Leaves- 10
    Gingelly Oil- 4tbsp
    Mustard- 1tsp
    Turmeric Powder- 1tsp
    Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder- 1tsp
    Water to soak aval
    Salt to taste
