Holy shit this brings back memories. Haven't watched wotlk arena in years, this one reminds me of Arthess movies back in the day, stumbled upon it and watched the whole thing through, great play mate!
I think playing 1v1 often helped Draizn to become a top mage. His reflexes, thought process is really refined. I can't say that every good duelist is a top arena player or vice versa, but in Draizn's case I think it played a role, at least in his playstyle.
i played with the best duellist rogue for a while and she archived the number 1 spot in 2s quite often
but did very poorly in 3s considering her skill so yeah..
@@webentwicklungmitrobinspan6935 Playing a lot 1v1 and duels helps you in regards of CD usage, what spells to use and when, how to counter X move by an opponent and etc. It helps you think ahead, but I do agree with you in regards of 3s. Thats why few pro duelist are good 3s players beacuse dueling doesnt teach you coordination and any team play whatsoever. But Imo those players that can do both are in my book the best pvp players out there.
@@dzelilbandic399 yeah altough many top duellists are no match for the professional (who actually earns money with his craft) like raiku. I remember playing arcane in bfa and peaked at top 10 in 2s just to get shit on by raiku's priest mage like zero to 10 :D
I sometimes put WoW Movies on autoplay simply for the music. Your videos get recommended and played automatically, and I must admit the music is quite nice :)

If you have Brainfreeze and Fingers of Frost procs, how come everyone uses frostfire? Wouldn't you get more damage out of ice lance first then frostfire and hope for crit?

How did you block that grip? Are you playing on warmane>? I see a lot of scripting there, some of your plays look like you are using scripts
I get that people script on warmane but blinking knowing he will grip next global its not hard to predict even for lower rated rats. Same with rogues running around corners for blind > invis or sitting long cc spamming blind waiting to get out like a ret does with hoj that rogues cloak out of stunlock. It's not impossible if he's a top player and uhh looks like he is.
Its easier and more common to script in classic since they dont give a fuck and have literally no anticheatsystem while warmane and circle are banning people.

well a feel time when some DK tey to grip him, this mage use insta iceblock, on the 0.01 sec, everyone who know how to play with mage will know thats a sript :) you can be good, but you cant use everytime iceblock on 0.01 sec when some dk try to grip you.
