Big mage fan of both you and Azial sir, but I find sbkzor's editing more clarifying/educational for average mages like myself. Azial's editing is a bit more on the entertaining side imo.

Aside from PvP Medallion, which trinkets do you think perform best for frost mage in TBC? And, out of curiosity, how do you feel about 2x Freezing Bands? Could the proc (5 second stun + shatter synergy) make up for the loss of stats?
any kind of on-use trinket that u can use with ur icy veins, freezing bands is not a thing on tbc, u should never use it
@@rivah9941 Respectfully, that was an entirely nondescript answer. Is Hex Shrunken Head preferable to Skull of Gul'dan? Is Mind Quickening Gem preferable to Icon of the Silver Crescent? Is there a reason "Freezing Band is not a thing," possibly besides not being tried? Has it been tried and the stat loss just isn't worth the on-hit Deep Freeze?
@@benh.92 The proc chance is so low and you're basically losing a bunch of stats and resilience for an effect that won't proc versus half the other classes in the game, and against the classes that it does proc, it probably won't proc a single time in half of those games. It's a meme. As for the trinkets, again, any active trinket is good but obviously Skull is the best because of how versatile it is. Shrunken head is flat damage boost, whereas Skull can enable faster polies and enables a damage boost since you get to cast faster. There's no real discussion to be had, Haste is king.

Good content enjoyed it, but dont do the cinematic filter again, its to dark, 25% should have been better.
