Well, considering the canon, I think Kris and Frisk had an interesting dialogue. And yes, since the player now controls Kris, Frisk is now completely free. This would be heaven for Frisk.

More for chara tho as it is heavily implied in the game frisk and chara are the same or chara shares a link to frisk like the player as when you finish the geno route chara the one who got powerfull enough to overpower us this can be interpreted in many ways like:frisk lets chara deal with you,chara takes control of frisk's body with possesion,or what i think happened is that your influence over chara ends in the geno route and as chara tends to reffer to the player as "chara" and chara clearly calls you a demon we may be the one doing possesing and that is why frisk vanishes because chara = frisk(with the players influence).
