In January 2020 Mr Cowboy & his band The Western Samoans performed an original by Penina O Tiafau, O’U MAFAUFAUGA at a sell out crowd at the Tamworth Country Music Festival in NSW Australia. This song is dedicated to our beloved band member & sister, Mase Helen Faleni Iopu. We miss you.

Look forward to going back! -- I've been saying this for the longest time, Samoans and the rest of the Pasifika world, do country already. Alot of the stuff is so close to Bluegrass, it's only natural to partake in Country or be a niche within. It's a great world to be a part of!
