HI sir this lakshmikanth currently working as US IT RECRUTER. I am having nearly 6months of experience and my company is paying me 8k as a salary. Her is my question is this the right pay where i am getting, what would be the best time to change my company ? If with this experience if i go out and find a new job what would be my salary? But i really don't to leave this organization because i know i need to learn more and still lot more to be learnt, but as i am a family man and i am nearly 40years old still not able to settle myself in life. Hope you will guide me what best i can do and i should in my life.
Just leave that company and try for new one coz these days they are giving atleast 18k to fresher , since u have 6months experience you can easily get atleast 25k
@@ankur9143 Now I have got 1.3years of experience in the same company I have learnt lot of things. But looks like my luck is not kicking me to move out of this company. Trying hard to get remote job in this same us it recruiter filed but not working out.
Explain the candidates about how this role is going to help them grow in their career. And look for people who’s goals are aligned with your roles. Explain about money, incentives, perks and more over you should be clear about why someone should join BPO and not other roles.

Because of my financial position I joined as a recruiter recently , Nobody didn’t help me for convincing the candidates to attend the interview. I have to build my career sir, searching for the right path. I done my MBA , qualification is only helpful to enter or qualify to some extent. Remaining it’s up to talent. Thanks for reply
The recruiters use FB, TWITER, GIT Hub, Stack Overflow etc to source candidates. I believe, it is not about from where you get the candidate but how do you close the candidate once you get it.

It is always good to have. If you don't have one... ensure that not having a tech degree shouldn't be the reason for your failure. I am a Bcom graduate and knew nothing about tech. So... don worry about tech or non-tech. There are a lot of opportunities ... be different & be the winner.
