Investing in markets from previous 10 years and I have not seen such in depth analysis of markets. I was kind of fed up with research available online and it never added anything in my perspective but this channel is awesome. The kind of guests who appear are extraordinary with vast knowledge. sir your channel is my favourite and your knowledge on various topic is incredible. one suggestion from my side is let speaker to complete and put his perspective.
I started investing in COVID era, principal guidelines deduced from the book written by the Sri basant maheshwariji-thoughtful investor, intelligent investor by Graham and beating the street by Peter lynch.i adopted purist approach to investing and purchased j p power,Usha Martin,j k tyres,j k papers,marksan pharma,powergrid ,gujrat pipavov, finolex pipes and obtained multibagger returns as all these stocks were trading below 20PE, below book value,free of bankruptcy threat.purist approach still matters despite soaring domestic liquidity

Please do bring in some mentorship/ online course where we learn financial/ market analysis in a structured way including sector analysis, balance sheet analysis etc etc. You are better equipped to design the syllabus for such course. Great info- video! Thanks for sharing!! At 46” the discussion on $37B of sales by FII in 2020 not moving the market - how should we think about it? Whenever someone sells someone else buys- so what was special in 2020? Were domestic investors basically overpaying in 2020 (or they were insensitive to reducing demand of FIIs)?

The most important point that is missed here is the time period that is tremendously reduced to complete the construction and the open discussion among people where builders are making as good as 50% margin.
With these two factors: 1.Quick Delivery leads to ample supply. 2. When margin is high then there is a rush amongst entrepreneurs to enter the market & take advantage.
I feel real estate soon may face the heat where builders will have to fight amongst themselves to get buyers.
P.S : The fight is already on to get the redevelopment rights 😅
