i disagree with the increase in the income you can go and check the data where the salary of nontech employee is same from last 7-8 years

Dear Ajay Ji, Thank you very much for the discussion with your guest Neelkanth Mishra Ji.
If possible please think about few things -
1. Sound - quality is not very good and stable in many of your discussions. Please consider to use good microphones and a place where echo can be minimized if not able avoid it completely.
2. Language - People from North India and native Hindi speakers may not have any issues. But when I recommended this to my South Indian friends I got feedback that they were unable to follow many terms/words used some because of Urdu and some because of speed of pronunciation, as we (you both spoke) North Indians speak with friends and family. South Indian women, teens and college going ones are finding it hard to follow.
3. While taking care of 1 and 2 it would be best if you can also consider to do some episodes in English too. So that all across India and abroad can benefit from discussions, knowledge and wisdom of great thinkers and leaders like you.
Please excuse me in case I may have crossed my limits to suggest these things.

1) market js filled with gurus and its really hard to read all.
2) with your recommendation i would start the network of good writer and knowledgeable prople

Women in workforce has lot of drawbacks also; but as our culture is more and more westernised and more women are educated, it is bound to happen and our male dominated society is already moving towards equal rights society.
Drawbacks:
More divorces
Less Marriages
More Live-ins
Loss of traditional family food culture
More eating out leading to more lifestyle diseases
Etc.

Bringing women in India to workforce for economic independence and GDP growth seems to be prima facie beneficial for economy. But in the long run it has resulted in broken family, increase in handicapped children and population degrowth which is also harmful for the economy. Western countries,Russia and China now realise the adverse impact of population degrowth. The result is compulsory service in Defence force for young men and women in these countries. Fortunately India do no face crunch of personnel in Defence service.
India should follow its own viable model of economic growth without aping other countries blindly ignoring the negative lessons learnt in these countries.
Economic independence of women has created more problems in family and society than solving them. There should be sustainable economic model for India suitable to its culture.
Sir please recommend some books through which we can understand the economic development of America, Japan, china, Indonesia..... Along with the role of exceptional economic policies bringing catastrophic changes in society.
I am really really grateful to you for such a lovely part 1 and part 2 .... I can only hope that it just a beginning....part 3 part 4..... are in the pipeline

The talk was going good but you guys lost me when sir said ki 10-12k me thik thak engineer mil jata hai. Engineers in India are suffering due to this with extra work load and chindi income. That's why every educated Indian wants to leave India.
A good engineer earns atleast 50 k with 1 year experience

Ajay ji, whether you have research n data of impact on service sector with arrival of AI. I don’t think what guest is saying going to sustain in the event of automation of data. We are producing still sasta labour, how can we increase living standard when actual income is stagnant? Ye to khud hi bol rahe hain cheap software availability.
Agree but it will take time, but I think govt is working on that i heard one statement by one of the big ceo they said road map is same to achieve but Jana isi se guzarkar hai

सर, महोदय से पूछिये की पहले आधार बनवाने सुधरवाने के पैसे लोगों को नहीं देने होते थे अब बनवाने को छोड़कर सभी के पैसे लोगो को देने होते है ? अभी और अच्छा विकास किस तरफ जा रहा है, जिस देश में ८० करोड़ लोगो को सरकार फ्री राशन दे रही है क्योकि वो गरीब है फिर उन्ही से जो पहले फ्री था उसी का पैसा वसूलना क्या ठीक है ? सवाल इसलिए क्योकि आधार सम्बन्धी कार्य मै कर चूका हूँ !

Also sir, may be more on the rural economy how has it changed other than the roads and agriculture being not a big part of the economy anymore. There are generally comparisons on per capita consumption of products and commodities and explain the upside potential for Indian companies, not just percapita consumption but on case of credit penetration being so low, so the indian banking can grow jhigher than the nominal gdp for long time. Can you explain the rationality of this? becasue from my understanding and limited research it is becasue of mortgage penetration the statistics are not comparable.

Advise government to extend health policy of 5lac to senior citizen not covered by any health policy as they have no salary income no tax liability and hence it lapses after retirement.
People who want and ready to pay nominal charges as Fee who are middle income can avail in service after retirement.
Senior citizens after retirement become helpless in case if no pension it is more concerned as only interest income they recieve.
Please advise central govt some forms of tool or policy in this area so that if any govt servent Or else who desires to pay but marginal fee can subscribe this health policy in service or after their retirement. Thanks
Form IV (Payment of Wages Act), Form III (Min Wages Act), Annual return under Emp Comp Act.....List is endless. So many of these are just not relevant depending on set-up. Not the intention or the law but the machinery (persons on ground) seeing implementation (misusing) these laws/Acts which fall under criminal law, is the problem. Factory Act falls under criminal law. An honest person would try and avoid.
One of the reasons why IT services succeeded is because it did not fall under Factory Act 1948
