That was a great trip, I liked the Benchmade Bugout, great choice for a hiking knife. The Allak 3 is just so spacious, it’s one of my favourites for sure. Your wee dog is gorgeous, she’s so affectionate. Good times brother. All the very best for 2023.

@@HikingHansen I already have the Soulo BL and I have a Keron 3, so I’m ok for BL tents. I also have an Enan YL and an Allak 3 RL. I think I might get 10mm poles for my Allak, the 9mm poles do flex a lot in high wind. When does your Bornas arrive Mads?

During the night it was snowing, but in the morning the snow turned into rain 🌧️ My gf had other plans, but Vega is always with me 🐶 Cooking inside the tent isn’t without risk, but it helped to have a table to put everything on. Thanks, Matt. I can’t make up my mind when it comes to tents. Tubular tents are nice, but I also like the strength and convenience of a freestanding tent. My conclusion is simple, you need both 😄
Not that much. I usually keep it on simmering mode just to keep the flame going. On full power one 8-oz canister will last for approximately 90 minutes.

Yes, that’s one of the things that I like about dome tents. It’s so easy to shake clean the inner tent after use 👌
