Unfortnately Kojima didn't even wanna make MGS 3, 4, or 5, ground zeroes, and phantom pain. He wanted to be done with 2, but Konami saw how successful the series was and made him make 3, 4, and 5. It's doubtful that if Konami does, it's not gonna be as good as the previous games, and it'd probably be a huge letdown. Kojima's gone, was fired basically, he also is never gonna make another MGS game now that hes gone from Konami.

As well as the jaw on Quiet is more stunted/back further, making Quiet's face look shapeless. When irl she clearly has a jaw that juts out more to define her face better. I'm pretty upset at whoever did her 3D model face.
Pretty much this. Quiet ingame has always bothered me somehow, her face didn't feel right, even though she clearly resembles Stefanie Joosten very accurately. As it turns out it's just because they changed her facial structure and gave her a very simple haircut that covered nearly no parts of her face, showing in full force the strange shape they gave her. It's weird too, because it's not like Konami/Hideo is bad at making attractive female characters in Metal Gear.

I agree I think it's great that they scanned a real person for the character, and had her do the mocap, voice acting (just humming but it is her), and she even sang Quiet's theme song. I love Quiet too she's one of my favorite characters in the series. Just a tip, in the game, put the butterfly on your emblem. Just trust me on that one. She's actually been streaming her playing through the game too. She's a really nice girl.

She seems to be happy with it in hindsight (at least from what's she said in brief interviews), so it was probably something that just helped her grow as an actor, playing a more.. unusual character. But I feel if they wrote her to be a bit more open and seductive then she'd be too similar to Eva from MGS3. So instead they said "parasites!"
