The only reason why I suspect Kaz was mostly because you can hear him during Paz's interrogation tape. Also Kaz has been in contact with Cypher before(PW), and during Camp Omega. mostly for business. likely indicating it was him who sold Paz to XOF, what he didn' expect was Chico being a variable and Skull Face's sudden coup. Also Skull Face calling Huey a traitor is not because of him selling out MSF during Ground Zero, but rather because he built a MG for XOF. Huey is a pos but in those bouts of madness I think he wanted revenge by making the Metal Gear only rideable by a child, he wanted Hal to be the one to deliver it. to the point of locking Strangelove inside the AI pod.
The reason why he made it for a child is because he wanted to make the giant robot above all else and could not make the AI head smaller. Miller being a traitor it kinda fits, since during the inspection, Skullface was there. There is no way somebody saw his face and didn't thought something was clearly off about him and rest of the inspectors. Unless Miller had allowed it. After PW, Miller was somehow brainwashed. He keeps saying "Cipher" but likely he is not sure of what he says. And the first person who tells him that word in MGSV is Venom Snake. Big Boss also says that word at the ending of PW.
@@miguelcarunchod.1493 Cipher is Major Zero's little pet Illuminati, after dismantling the Philosophers but before turning full control over to the Patriot AIs. Kaz eventually trains Solid Snake and was most likely the one who got Big Boss's "genetic sample" for the Genome Soldier project. Haven't played since 2018 (on xbox) and recently got it on sale on steam. Love the gameplay, especially how enemies gear changes like a night they start to have nvg or something. More armor in others. I especially enjoyed stealthing without needing to cqc for the most part by just pointing a gun at them, also cool detail the enemies in heavy armor will surrender too but then try to turn around and knife you if you get too close.

When it comes to Miller and Huey I feel like they're both guilty of different things. Miller just used this to his advantage to make Venom and the rest of DD think that it was entirely Huey and make himself free of suspicion.
