I went through most of this yet the only difference was after one futile attempt of begging her back and hooking up for one last rendezvous months later, I have felled off the grid and kept my distance. Although I have not dated since that relationship ended at the end of 2019, I have lost over 70 pounds and travelled to 27 new states. I recently founded out she just had a baby. She wanted to fly back and be here for me while leaving her kid and new man at home in DC. I told her I didn’t need her to come. While I did kind of miss her voice, i didn’t give her any indication I did. I cannot allow her to get comfortable with me like that. It’s hard fellahs but, you gotta have strong will and mindest to stay on your square and purpose. Leave her in the past.
I really needed this video. My ex left me for another guy around a month ago and her rebound recently failed (imagine that) after only three weeks and she started messaging me. I’m in there daily, training different body parts which still allows me to get plenty of rest. My 1 or 2 “off” days from lifting, I still go and will walk/run 4-5 miles, do some stretching and sit in the sauna. But yes, sometimes you do need a full day to do nothing and just rest, I just listen to my body.

The only difference is when you have kids together so no contact isnt an option. Going through this shit right now. Married for 10 years, 2 boys aged 6 and 8. Im in the military so I moved out of our military housing and moved onto the base which is 10 minutes drive away. I still go and spend time with me kids every 2 days and so I have no option but to interract with her. Shes already dating another guy and has already been round my house etc. I've been hitting the gym, looking a lot better, feel better and I'm always in my Alpha when I'm around her or interract with her. Yeah, it sucks if still obsessing and wanting to connect. But if you're that man , it's not good. I'll tell you something. I think there is a vacation people take where they go on a boat and see the whales. OK, they are on the boat and the whales blow water or whatever is supposed to happen. So that was fun, now go home knowing you got to see the whale. Well, look at that Grizzly Man for instance. Remember that dude that loved the bears? OK, so he saw the bears, and it was time to leave it alone. But he didn't know what he was playing with and he got eaten by a bear. If you want to know more about it, his name was Timothy Treadwell. So with the ex, it's like you saw the bears, you saw the whales. You can't get anything more from the whale other than you enjoyed seeing it, now take your azz home and find something else to do. You can be drawn to all kinds of problems if you aren't careful with obsession. I guess it seems that there are larger forces at play. So you might think, well maybe larger forces will bring us together. Yes possibly, but the path of least resistance was for Timothy to be eaten. See, it's not just the lost relationship your dealing with. Your obsession can COMPLETELY f-K you up in all kinds of ways because the forces are emotionless while they adjust things relative to your obsession, i.e. instead of being licked lovingly by a bear, getting eaten alive by it instead.
I'm dead ass honest. I'm so in tune and confident within myself that no matter what break up happens, I can still stay fresh feeling good. Treat life more like logic and business. Yes emotions are there but when it's business and feelings, life flows. People say know your worth BUT you have to understand how to do that. It's not just a label and you got it. It has to be learned.

The only difference is when you have kids together so no contact isnt an option. Going through this shit right now. Married for 10 years, 2 boys aged 6 and 8. Im in the military so I moved out of our military housing and moved onto the base which is 10 minutes drive away. I still go and spend time with me kids every 2 days and so I have no option but to interract with her. Shes already dating another guy and has already been round my house etc. I've been hitting the gym, looking a lot better, feel better and I'm always in my Alpha when I'm around her or interract with her. I just play it cool and show that I zero interest in her anymore. The more I do that, the more she tries to rub it in my face about the new guy. I've seen him, he's nothing special. I know she regrets cheating on me but she's a closed door for me now. I suppose a positive of her having to see me is that she'll be coming on my leveling up journey with me, but only as a bystander.

I broke up with my gf last week and its been hard, but what helps me not feel bad is I think of all the bad times we had, why we broke up. It helps me not miss her so much because I remember how angry she would make me. Been hard at the gym since. Not gonna go down the path of depression.

Of course I helped her get the loan for her car. I was thinking about paying the fee just so I didn't have to contact her. But in the end was like hell no, she paying.
