I did a reset and it is not solved, the problem is that it does not enter pairing mode between the headphones. Sorry to say but.. I did ur process it doesn't work... If any one has same issue . Keep both ear buds in case and press right buds 5 times continuously and then press 2 time continuously left buds and then pair ir blutooth in ur mobile ur buds may be running if any one of them was not working .
