It’s only fitting that Yuyuko takes the mantle of wielding Swords, but have her own unique sword style to accommodate for her lost abilities and the swords based off of the Saigyou Ayakashi.
Relic Yuyuko is a Tech Friend with primarily Moon breaks with poison anomaly breaking utility.
Her utility focuses a lot on Yang and Crit attack scaling while also acting as a half debuffer by decreasing enemy Yin and Yang Defense through her skills and her solo card.
She also benefits from freeze and poison anomalies and can increase party accuracy while boosting.
Finally, she can inflict a Wood Weakness on her enemies. This makes her the second Relic Friend that can inflict an elemental weakness on enemies.
Overall, a pretty versatile Relic Friend. That last word animation gives you the feels for sure just as much as Relic Youmu’s bond with Yuyuko.

I think her all targeting does reference Yukari, but I agree that they've done Yukari dirty with the relics that share a connection with her (i.e L80 Reimu doesn't mention her even once)

her solo card references the whole yakumo family (Shikigami: Ran Yakumo used as a template).
also, replying to the other comment, L80 Reimu doesn't reference anyone besides mors, because they did the same for L80 Marisa. Ig this was made to emphasize the bond the two share since PC98

And yeah I know is to emphasize the bond between Reimu and Marisa, but still feels like other characters close to them (Yukari to Reimu and Alice to Marisa for example) were kind of outshun and cast aside
