Nothing makes you laugh harder than realizing the absurdity of truthfulness. F&^$ Will Smith, hope he has some major career set-backs due to his awful behavior at the oscars. I STAND WITH CHRIS!
this "bullet control" is actually a thing in my country. private gun owners have to go through the same thing cops do and that includes checking in the spent casings and filling a form in order to buy fresh ammunition. also, if someone took your gun and was caught, you're pretty screwed, and if your gun was used to kill someone, you're really screwed.
Tech as in technology fits too. We all know some men fear the pecs (perceived King Kong human strength of other men) and aren’t men without their guns. The gun is the great equalizer. You got pecs I got techs. But he likely meant tecs...
"They used to get out of school at 2.30, just in case they went crazy they would only hurt other crazy kids" No matter how many times I watch this video the way he says this makes me laugh out loud every time! 😂😂😂
It's not always the parents fault. My nephew was raised in a stable home and he still became a thug. He made the choice to go this direction and so he did. And spent 10 years in prison for it.
Well, Chris said "some" of the parents. Not all. Obviously is not "always" the parents fault... but most of the time, they did *something* that contributed to it. Maybe they needed to be a little more strict and not let them hang out certain places. Maybe they should have paid more attention to some things. Who knows? On very rare occasions do parents do everything right and their kids turn out terrible though. Unless there is some sort of mental issue that was never noticed.
+pretty bullet Psychologists are increasingly finding that kids' peers influence them more than their parents do. Sometimes it's the parents fault when kids grow up dysfunctional, but you're right in that as a parent you can do everything right, but if your kid (at an impressionable age) gets influence by a kid they think is cool or are intimidated by, and then emulate them in order to try and fit in - all the hard work you've done as a parent can be undone in an instant.

maybe he didnt get his ass beat off by his mamma or grandmamma like we did when we fucked up growing up! hell i was more afraid of them showing up when i was young than the police! i would have begged to go to jail if i knew they were on their way to me!😅
There's something missing at that level of parenting. The environment plays a role too. In Uganda(east africa), we grew up knowing there's a punishment for hurting other kids. Bullies would be caned (punished) by their parents in front of the entire school/class. This would break the control they have over their victims, who would now laugh off any threats made by the bullies. If the parents refused to punish the kid. The kid would be expelled. If you beat your younger brother for no GOOD reason, you'd be punished in front of him, & he'd be allowed to cane you in front of your parents. The older siblings took all the credit for the younger one's good behaviour, but they were also held accountable for bad ones too. There's a hierarchy that has to be followed. I don't know how things are done here but, I Ultimately don't understand how such violence happens. I cant relate at all. I cant begin to do so.
Lol. Dude same with my third world country. I'm the oldest brother, our parents were always busy so I've gotta look out for the young ones. Not the best thing to do to a teenager but hey that's how it was, everyone gotta learn responsibility.

Here it is, 2019 and Chris is still Rocking it!!!!! Love to you, bruh.
3 on 3 with a half court lollllllll
That’s my favorite line
I grew up with guns in my house and was taught how to use them. I also got made fun of at school on a daily basis, but not ONCE did I go in my parent’s safe and think “Hmm..today’s a good day for a shooting!”
they did that all by themselves
Could you get into the safe?
@@jacobsaunders1092safe? lol
“You got a gun, you don’t have to work out.”
Those words proved prophetic at the 2022 Oscars.
"I will blow yo' fuckin' head off...if I could afford it!"
u can afford it...dont b ridiculous..if u can afford a cell, cable, etc etc..u can buy a small revolver th cheapest
Reddesknotes but can you afford the bullets? Each one is $5000 !
"Man I would blow your feckin head off. If I could afford it!"
I've not laughed this hard in ages
I'm a git myself another job! I'm gonna save up some money, and you a dead man!
11 years later and it's still funny as hell
Well I'm 22 so if Chris Rock ends up in an elevator with me he's safe.
+Kevin James You sound like creep though. ))
+jeFF Fury Says the guy with a creep ass jester photo. Lol
+Stefko Lishchynsky I know, right. ))
Same here... but I would ask for an autograph
I'm 19 but I'm black so he'll feel safe with me too.
Chris Rock is legendary I dont hear enough about this performance and where he ranks amongst the best, In my book he is top 3.
Pure genius. This guy is a philosopher.
One of the best & memorable stand up bits OF ALL TIME!
this is one of the most honest and hilarious stand-up rountines. everything he said was/is so on-point. Chris Rock is comedy gold. Nothing makes you laugh harder than realizing the absurdity of truthfulness. F&^$ Will Smith, hope he has some major career set-backs due to his awful behavior at the oscars. I STAND WITH CHRIS!
Rings even more true after these mass shootings...
@@OfLaSoul couldn't agree more.
this "bullet control" is actually a thing in my country. private gun owners have to go through the same thing cops do and that includes checking in the spent casings and filling a form in order to buy fresh ammunition. also, if someone took your gun and was caught, you're pretty screwed, and if your gun was used to kill someone, you're really screwed.
a prodigious talent with the two essential components of comedic genius: outrageous delivery and simple truth.
It's 2019
And this is still as Relevant and True as Can Be.
The Bullet Idea needs to go viral.
Congratulations Chris. You getting slapped at the Oscars just propelled your career. Great job.
2019!!! More relevant than ever! Rip to all those who’ve died from the insane mass shootings over all these years!
Imagine applying for a loan at the bank to buy a bullet 🤣.
That would defeat the purpose of the price. I don’t think a loan on a bullet would be allowed.
@Mocha Mystique I was imagining it. My imagination of scenarios tends to be realistic.
This would have to be Black folks showing up for one...ruclips.net/video/l_LeJfn_qW0/видео.html
Imagine applying a loan at the bank to buy few bullets for bank robbery 🤣🤣🤣
Bullett Control - literally one of the best ideas any American has ever come up with
"u got pecks I got techs" 😅😅😅😅
tecs*
I dont give a damn how its spelled
You should because people would think that you are referring to technology not the tec-9 pistol.
but idc what people think obviously
Tech as in technology fits too. We all know some men fear the pecs (perceived King Kong human strength of other men) and aren’t men without their guns. The gun is the great equalizer. You got pecs I got techs. But he likely meant tecs...
"ya'll aint killing me!"
“Fuck what they was watching.
What happened to “crazy”?
What you cant be crazy no more?”
The 🐐
This has aged so well.
It's 2018 and this is still relevant.
I still don't know a comedian as hilarious, intelligent and clued-up as Chris Rock.
21 years ago society was so far ahead of where we are now....
Eddie Griffin
Dave Chappelle
Trevor Noah comes close.
@@mazibukomail LOL never put them in the same convo again please
He truly is the best.
Police: "Sir, did you shoot that man twenty-seven times in the back?"
Me: "If I say yes, do I get to keep the bullets?"
13 years later and this is STILL relevant.
I’m crying 😭
True statements are pure comedy.
I wish everyone would forward this video to their local congressman. This is a great idea.
No its not. Anyone can make bullets its not even enforceable
Yea criminals obey laws, they wouldn't steal any, get real
2019 and this is still important 😂😂✊🏿✊🏽✊🏾
So good, so funny! Chris Rock the coolest Classic!🙌🏽
this has aged so perfectly
People forget because Chappelle took off but Chris Rock was much deeper and profound. Dave is great but his silliness blunts his intelligence.
A comedian being silly? That's unheard of.
Those two dudes are geniuses hands down
"They used to get out of school at 2.30, just in case they went crazy they would only hurt other crazy kids" No matter how many times I watch this video the way he says this makes me laugh out loud every time!
+blindtoby Michelle Obama is a dude among many others like gorge colonies wife and the serena Williams and brother. their is sooo much people don't know. soooooooooooo much. and I'm not talking about the fake bullshit scape goat word illuminati
+Monte Hall reading the nonsense from you 2 gave me stage IV liver cancer
maybe he didnt get his ass beat off by his mamma or grandmamma like we did when we fucked up growing up! hell i was more afraid of them showing up when i was young than the police! i would have begged to go to jail if i knew they were on their way to me!😅
Oh my God I'm in tears.
That was fantastic
This is what good standup is. 15 years later, more relevant than ever 😅
Nobody ever blames the parents the parents. They must think that they're raising saints, little angels.
Tons of people blamed the parents?
@@samphillips8188 If only the law would start blaming the parents and prosecuting them!
One of the all time best comic routines.
What a great time for this to be recommended
No matter how old this is, its still relevant cause shit don't change.
I miss him. I wish he would come and do some shows in Atlanta Ga. I would pay top dollar for a ticket! One of the greatest comedians to live.
$5k. for a bullet it means no more innocent bystanders😂😂😂😂👍👍👍👍genius.
After what happened yesterday it should be
“ He must’ve did something“❗️🤣🤣🤣
... must've done*
@@einundsiebenziger5488
You obviously didn’t watch the video dumbass. 🤦🏾♂️
2002: Bullet control
2022: Palm control
I hate to admit it but he's right.
if you hate it, yet you understand he is right, this means your believe system needs to be updated. if you make the update, you will have less things to hate and more to love. cheers.
You both realize you can (make bullets right?)
No hes making a joke its funny not something to consider on any serious note
