Another Mid-Autumn Festival - Enjoy Konjac and Mooncakes in the Moonlight.

With the Mid-autumn festival coming closer, it is just the right season to enjoy Konjac. I took two konjac plants from my neighbour and made a whole pot of konjac tofu. I also baked some Yunnan ham mooncakes as usual. Besides, I made some traditional buckwheat pancakes with shiso seeds and sesame. These are all familiar flavours to us. Each time I make mooncakes, I got a feeling that the dough is just like the days went by. This autumn is just like the last autumn, but is filled with new memories as well.
