Yeah with this fight its pretty clear that the old legends arent gonna win a 1v1 against current top tiers in their prime, same happened with rayleigh admitting he would lose against BB, obviously they can still keep up but they'll eventually lose, their stamina not being as good as before and all that.

Kuzan, while proficient in haki, is more of a master of and favors his devil fruit. His attacks however, proved to be useless towards a haki master like Garp who solely relies on haki. Kuzan being someone who wavers in conviction is a great metaphor for how he wavers between using his devil fruit and haki to attack. Garp and Kuzan's clash of Ice Glove and Haki enhanced fist accentuates that Kuzan felt inferior to Garp's haki. He felt like he needed to add more armor (ice in this case) to his fist to be able to match Garp's haki fist. Coby is the protege that Garp was looking for. That's why Garp laughed when he saw Coby's Honesty Impact. Too much bias here in this one Silver. I got to the 13min mark and I already know how the vid will end. But it was well put together nonetheless. My take... Garp overpowered Kuzan to the extent of being able to save his followers but also was able to overpower other Blackbeard commanders amidst the fray. On the other hand, Kuzan had to focus entirely on Garp during their battle and still got overpowered in their clashes despite having his team of experienced pirates aiming for Garp, on top of Garp specifically being there to rescue and not fight. Kuzan and Blackbeard pirates were aiming to take Garp down while Garp was aiming to save his comrades. So even if Kuzan and Blackbeard Pirates overpowered Garp in a dominant fashion, I'd still give the benefit of the doubt during this encounter to Garp over Kuzan. The fact that Garp fought at that much of a disadvantaged and actually overpowered each foe he came across, including Kuzan (chucking him into the ground deep enough to where Garp had enough time to skip across the island, take out Sanjuan and Avalo and make his way back to the fight is just something that can't be understated) suggests that Garp was the stronger fighter. Again this is me writing before I finish the video so I may come back to edit afterwards but I can almost guarantee the end consensus of this analysis based off the bias language used is going to greatly favor Kuzan over Garp. A holding back garp was slamming and ragdolling aokiji while protecting his crew, evacuating civilians, fighting an island worth of pirates and aokiji not being his main objective. Garp already proved he is superior to aokiji by off screening aokiji in chapter 1087 when he wasn’t shown as garp was fighting the other commanders later on he appeared in which garp replied "you still wanna go kuzan?!" which means he packed him up and off screened him (i dont think it was blue hole cuz garp had bruises on his face which indicates physical damage and aokiji was the only brawler we knew there. Also aokiji seemed messed up all over his body even on the front while in blue hole he fell on his back) and if it was really blue hole then that proofs the point even further cuz it means garp one shot him while holding back (he could have easily used a punch or a galaxy attack point blank on his face instead he simply chocked slammed him.) every encounter they had garp had the upper hand. He was still superior to aokiji despite holding back against him, aokiji not being his main objective, protecting his crew and evacuating civilians/slaves while fighting an entire island of yonko territory. EDIT: thats not the only time he held back against aokiji as when they clashed in 1087 he could have used ACOC+a named attack but he did neither. Before attacking pizaro he could have used a galaxy attack on aokiji's face or any attack yet instead he simply rammed and aokiji got pushed.

I hold that looking at the power of Sengoku, who is most likely beyond Garp's level, the Admirals themselves all have to have power that rivals if not exceeds Garp at least as far as the original 3 Admirals are concerned. Then we pair up that Kuzan takes hits from Garp that were leveling islands and bro gets back up each time just looked scuffed up. Then we have to remember that the last arc had some heavy theming surrounding "can you unalive your friends" for the Admirals. Akainu couldn't do it to Kuzan, Kizaru could barely bring himself to take out Vega Punk, and Kuzan couldn't bring himself to actually take out Garp. The conversation that Kuzan has with Blackbeard in the end after the fight is done Kuzan is saying he really was trying to unalive Garp, but he trails off while pushing up his glasses. Blackbeard is the one who says that Kuzan had trouble because Garp is too strong, not Kuzan. Kuzan couldn't bring himself to unalive Garp.

Too much bias here in this one Silver. I got to the 13min mark and I already know how the vid will end. But it was well put together nonetheless.
My take...
Garp overpowered Kuzan to the extent of being able to save his followers but also was able to overpower other Blackbeard commanders amidst the fray.
On the other hand, Kuzan had to focus entirely on Garp during their battle and still got overpowered in their clashes despite having his team of experienced pirates aiming for Garp, on top of Garp specifically being there to rescue and not fight.
Kuzan and Blackbeard pirates were aiming to take Garp down while Garp was aiming to save his comrades. So even if Kuzan and Blackbeard Pirates overpowered Garp in a dominant fashion, I'd still give the benefit of the doubt during this encounter to Garp over Kuzan.
The fact that Garp fought at that much of a disadvantaged and actually overpowered each foe he came across, including Kuzan (chucking him into the ground deep enough to where Garp had enough time to skip across the island, take out Sanjuan and Avalo and make his way back to the fight is just something that can't be understated) suggests that Garp was the stronger fighter.
Again this is me writing before I finish the video so I may come back to edit afterwards but I can almost guarantee the end consensus of this analysis based off the bias language used is going to greatly favor Kuzan over Garp.
My question is why wouldn't your language paint Garp in the better light (considering your analyzing using bias), over Kuzan due to the fact that Garp was fighting heavily disadvantaged? Shouldn't your language suggest that Garp gets the benefit of the doubt in this instance of Garp vs Kuzan?
Edit: Also after Kuzan Ice Glove enhanced fist traded blows with Garp's haki enhanced fist, Garp was clearly holding his stomach still. He was definitely limited at that point which is why after the fact he accepted that he was fighting a losing battle.
Also panel where Kuzan got blitzed. He definitely was shocked by the text "!!!" He prolly just didn't think Garp could still move like that with his wounds.

A holding back garp was slamming and ragdolling aokiji while protecting his crew, evacuating civilians, fighting an island worth of pirates and aokiji not being his main objective.
Garp already proved he is superior to aokiji by off screening aokiji in chapter 1087 when he wasn’t shown as garp was fighting the other commanders later on he appeared in which garp replied "you still wanna go kuzan?!" which means he packed him up and off screened him (i dont think it was blue hole cuz garp had bruises on his face which indicates physical damage and aokiji was the only brawler we knew there. Also aokiji seemed messed up all over his body even on the front while in blue hole he fell on his back) and if it was really blue hole then that proofs the point even further cuz it means garp one shot him while holding back (he could have easily used a punch or a galaxy attack point blank on his face instead he simply chocked slammed him.) every encounter they had garp had the upper hand. He was still superior to aokiji despite holding back against him, aokiji not being his main objective, protecting his crew and evacuating civilians/slaves while fighting an entire island of yonko territory.
EDIT: thats not the only time he held back against aokiji as when they clashed in 1087 he could have used ACOC+a named attack but he did neither. Before attacking pizaro he could have used a galaxy attack on aokiji's face or any attack yet instead he simply rammed and aokiji got pushed.

The holding back thing is just bullshit cope, garp values the current generation over the past, he talks about the future of the marines multiple times. Also, the idea of either kuzan or garp holding back here is just ridiculous, unless you think that garp mid diffs kuzan or vice versa, there is no way either one is holding back to such a large extent that it is really affecting the scaling. What we got from this fight is that garp managed to hold his own, damage kuzan and for the most part match kuzan blow for blow, despite a stab wound.
What we understand from this fight is that garp is equal in speed and AP to a fresh kuzan, even after being stabbed, however he would lose even without the presence of the other blackbeard pirates, he was clearly going to reach 0 hp before kuzan due to the stab.
It's not clear if garp would lose if he didn't get stabbed and it was a clean 1v1. Since all we saw is that they were matching each other blow for blow.
I am not buying the Garp > Kuzan, as there is no definitive evidence for this.

I hold that looking at the power of Sengoku, who is most likely beyond Garp's level, the Admirals themselves all have to have power that rivals if not exceeds Garp at least as far as the original 3 Admirals are concerned. Then we pair up that Kuzan takes hits from Garp that were leveling islands and bro gets back up each time just looked scuffed up. Then we have to remember that the last arc had some heavy theming surrounding "can you unalive your friends" for the Admirals. Akainu couldn't do it to Kuzan, Kizaru could barely bring himself to take out Vega Punk, and Kuzan couldn't bring himself to actually take out Garp.
The conversation that Kuzan has with Blackbeard in the end after the fight is done Kuzan is saying he really was trying to unalive Garp, but he trails off while pushing up his glasses. Blackbeard is the one who says that Kuzan had trouble because Garp is too strong, not Kuzan. Kuzan couldn't bring himself to unalive Garp.

I mean, if you just look at their fight here, you can clearly tell that Garp was winning and lost due to previous injuries. He was impaled before they even began to fight. If Garp was 100% against Kuzan here, I don't believe Kuzan would be the last one standing. I do think they still would've brought Garp down though eventually.

The crew members might not like it to the point of trying to betray him, and so that's why Kuzan doesn't want to take any risks. Not to mention Kuzan shows concern for Garp mid fight, which is where Garp off guarded him, punched him into the ground and went and did a named attack on Pizzaro.
Aokiji matched Garp's punch with ACOC while holding back and not having ACOC himself.
