It is lavish but not too ovepowering as these types of houses can sometimes be so overwhelming that they feel like intimidating and unlivable.

I wish it still looked like this! The most recent video shows a remodel, and it's terrible, smh. Lost its charm, changed floors, put up walls, changed kitchen. It's awful. 😢

I just love this house; however, there are some dramatic problems with the design: (1) The collumns do not have entasis. The collumns are just fluted vertical water mains; (2) the capitals are larger than their bases; and (3) There is rondelle in the middle of the entablature of the cornice and architrave.These things suggest these architectural pieces are simply stock items purchased from a manufacturer whose design is not informed by the principles of the Corinthian order. These architectural details were not crafted for the scale and dimensions of this home. It reminds me of when children try to wear their father's shoes. And the finestration details are so eclectic as to be cartoonish. Oh! And that roof. It's just a f**#ed up mess! But I would love living in it and inviting all my snooty friends over and watch the squirm trying to be polite.
