My question is what is whatnot doing about this? It’s very well known whatnot looks the other way for their “influencer” sellers and especially those that stroke their… egos. This guy is always kissing their butt on livestream and hyping them up. Very interested to see if they ignore this or not.
Whatnot support has the videos and gave out a 1-week ban after previously only issuing warnings to all parties involved. We'll see if that gets increased a week from now. He's not signed to an exclusive deal with Whatnot so who knows.

@@davidneri2629 One seller got banned for doing a fake Mexican Accent while playing with a box of glass eyes. They were complaining about it in the Whatnot Seller Facebook Group. He was bullying another seller so it made sense.

If authentic, this has passed from mere content into evidence and lives could be at stake. If NYPD has heard this and opted not to act they must have either 1. Found fault with its authenticity or 2. Are standing by an archaic protocol that requires threats be made in person to qualify for action Of course if something DOES happen and NYPD did nothing, this will be evidence in an easily-avoided civil suit that could cost the city millions of dollars and (more importantly) lives.

You should remove this as it is now in the hands of the authorities and if you do not want to be further implicated (where did you get it, who are you, what is your relation, etc?) you should think carefully about your position. BACC will take all necessary steps to protect our show, protect our guests, our attendees, our good name; we will take whatever action necessary (legal and judicial) regarding the threat and the purpose of publishing of this video in relation to our show. Yes you are implicated, we cannot just share video because it attracts viewers, you are responsible for what you publish. And, yes, we have reported this to RUclips also

We understand that you want BACC to be protected, but you are attempting to conflate an issue that has nothing to really do with you.

That is Kyle's parody of Black Flags comic, he put out "Ultimate Fakeout" secondly, that other comic that was shown was a comic Kyle put out (as a friend of NickGqs) as a tribute/memorial to Nick (due to him having cancer) and ALL profits of that book were given towards medical billing.
And then Nick threatened to murder the artist. Yeah, I bought Nick’s booth sign and have his first Anonymous mask and all the money went to charity. That doesn’t absolve you of threatening to murder someone.
